In order to be certified under this Article, a well contractor shall satisfactorily complete two hours of approved continuing education each year for the first three years of the contractor's certification.
The responsibility of maintaining records to be used to support credits claimed is the responsibility of the contractor. Documentation for courses taken must be submitted during the certification period for which CEU are being claimed or as noted in G.S. 87-98.7(b).
