This course is designed to:
1. Provide eight (8) hours of MCE (continuing education) credit acceptable to the Texas Real Estate Commission for inspectors, and appraisers.
2. Fulfill the requirements established in Rule 535.71 as amended by the 75th Legislature Regular Session, 1997.
3. Prepare the student to be able to identify environmental conditions that could be potential hazards to a property or human health.
4. Prepare the student to establish when an environmental condition is a hazard and the appropriate treatment.
