Provides eight (8) hours of MCE (continuing education) credit acceptable to the Texas Real Estate Commission for Home Inspectors.
Course is designed to:
- Fulfill the requirements established in Rule 535.71 as amended by the 75th Legislature Regular Session, 1997.
- Prepare the student to be able to identify environmental conditions that could be potential hazards to a property or human health.
- Prepare the student to establish when an environmental condition is a hazard and the appropriate treatment.
