Recent NC Regulation changes regarding CE have removed the requirement for course approval by the NC Board of Cosmetic Art Examiners. The Board no longer receives or approves courses for educational purposes.
The selection of courses has been placed back on the licensee. NC licensees will choose courses that match their area of eligibility with at least 50% content broadening the knowledge of Cosmetic Arts. The licensee must maintain all course attendance records for their person license renewal.
