The appraisal is an integral part of the home buying or selling process. This course is designed to better familiarize the mortgage professional with the intricacies of the appraisal. We will discuss the three approaches to the appraisal, as well as various aspects of the appraisal report. We hope that the mortgage student will take a broader understanding of the appraisal process from this course, and be able to apply this knowledge in their daily business dealings.
