This course is approved by The Electrical Board of the state of Idaho for 8 hours of continuing education including 2008 NEC Code Changes.
Attention: Licenses expiring after 07/1/2011 need the 2011 NEC; Licenses expiring before that date need the 2008 NEC.
In order to renew your license, the Idaho Electrical Bureau requires that all journeyman and master electricians complete 24 hours of continuing education; 16 hours must be on the current National Electric Code. The renewal deadline in Idaho is the last day of the month of the anniversary of the license issue date, every three years.
Please check with Idaho Division of Building Safety for additional licensing and continuing education requirements.
