Sexual Harassment Training for Managers

This course is designed to meet the EEOC regulatory sexual harassment compliance training for managers/employers. Some topics covered include the definition of sexual harassment, Quid Pro Quo and Hostile Work Environment scenarios and prevention strategies. Real-life video scenarios are presented and discussions related to each scene. Specific employer/manager responsibilities and techniques are also addressed.
