Do I have to begin an online course immediately after purchase?

No. You can begin the course immediately or wait and start the course at any time. The course will be available to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Can I take a course on my tablet or smart phone?

Yes. Our online courses are compatible with most up-to-date browsers.

Will I get a receipt sent for my course purchase?

Yes. You will be emailed an order receipt immediately after purchase.

Can I print the course after purchase?

Yes. You will be able to download and print each course section’s PDF.

Can I share my account with a co-worker, friend or family member?

No. To ensure security and course reporting, each person must have their own account profile and unique login username and password. Personal security questions will be used when taking the course for identity verification.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the copyrighted nature of All Star Training’s online course content, once payment has been rendered and the course accessed, a refund cannot be issued.  Any other refund scenario will be resolved on a case-by-case basis.

Is there an exam?

Most of our courses have short comprehension quizzes at the end of each section with the exception of the TX TDLR and OK CIB courses.  If you do not pass, you can retake the quiz without having to pay again and the questions will be randomized.

Do I have to complete my course by a certain deadline?

You have up to 90 days to complete the course or until the expiration date of the course. The expiration date is listed in the course description and is set by the state licensing board.

Do I have to be a computer wiz to take an online course?

No, not at all. Our online courses are very user friendly, even for people who don’t have computer experience. All Star Training is available for assistance Monday-Friday, 8:00 – 5:00 CST. Do I have to complete the entire course at one time?

No. You can log out at any point during the course and the program will remember where you stopped and next time you log in you can resume where you left off. If the course has a timer, it is because the state board requires that you spend a minimum amount of time actively engaged in each lesson. It is important that you remain actively engaged and do not leave the screen idle for more than a few minutes or you may be logged out which could affect the bookmarking.

Do your online courses meet state CE requirements?

Yes. All courses that we offer have been approved where required.

Does All Star report to the state board my CE hours?

Yes. Typically we report CE course completions to state agencies within 1 week and often the next business day. There are only a few isolated cases where the state requires the licensee to report.
