No. To ensure security and course reporting, each person must have their own account profile and unique login username and password. Personal security questions will be used when taking the course for identity verification.
Due to the copyrighted nature of All Star Training’s online course content, once payment has been rendered and the course accessed, a refund cannot be issued. Any other refund scenario will be resolved on a case-by-case basis.
Most of our courses have short comprehension quizzes at the end of each section with the exception of the TX TDLR and OK CIB courses. If you do not pass, you can retake the quiz without having to pay again and the questions will be randomized.
You have up to 90 days to complete the course or until the expiration date of the course. The expiration date is listed in the course description and is set by the state licensing board.

No, not at all. Our online courses are very user friendly, even for people who don’t have computer experience. All Star Training is available for assistance Monday-Friday, 8:00 – 5:00 CST. No. You can log out at any point during the course and the program will remember where you stopped and next time you log in you can resume where you left off. If the course has a timer, it is because the state board requires that you spend a minimum amount of time actively engaged in each lesson. It is important that you remain actively engaged and do not leave the screen idle for more than a few minutes or you may be logged out which could affect the bookmarking.
Yes. All courses that we offer have been approved where required.
Yes. Typically we report CE course completions to state agencies within 1 week and often the next business day. There are only a few isolated cases where the state requires the licensee to report.
